Email support
This is our primary and fastest support channel. We reply to every email within 24 to 48 working hours, Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST. Emails received on Sundays and public holidays are answered on the next working day.
What to include in your message
To help us resolve your query in a single reply, please include:
- your full name and the mobile number used at registration;
- for payment, refund or access issues: the Razorpay Payment ID or Order ID from your confirmation, with the date and amount paid;
- a short description of the issue, and a screenshot if you have one.
Common queries
- I paid but did not receive the joining link. Check your spam and promotions folders first, then email us with your Payment ID and we will resend it.
- I missed the session I registered for. Write to us and we will move your seat to the next available date where possible.
- I want a refund. Please read our Refund and Return Policy, then email us with the subject line “Refund Request”.
- I want to stop receiving emails. Use the unsubscribe link in any of our emails, or write to us and we will remove you.
- I have a question about my data. See our Privacy Policy, then email us with your request.
A note on how we operate
This is an online business. The workshop is delivered live over Zoom and all materials are digital, so we do not run a physical storefront or walk-in office. Email is the correct channel for every enquiry, and it is the channel we monitor.
