Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 4 September 2026

This website (lp.oldfoxarmy.com) and the brand Old Fox / Old Fox Vijey are owned and operated by Old Fox Strategic Consulting LLP, referred to in this document as “we”, “us” or “our”.

By registering for our workshop, making a payment, or otherwise using this website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not register or make a payment.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. By registering, you confirm that the name, email address and mobile number you provide are true, accurate and your own.

2. What you are purchasing

You are purchasing a seat in a live online workshop titled “Outsmarting The Competition — Strategic War Room”, delivered over Zoom in English by Old Fox Vijey. The session is run on a recurring schedule; the specific date and time applicable to you are those shown on the registration page at the time you register.

This is a digital service. No physical product is sold, shipped or delivered.

3. Registration, pricing and payment

  • The registration fee is displayed on the registration page in Indian Rupees (INR) and is inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Pricing is promotional and may be changed, increased or withdrawn at any time. The price applicable to you is the price shown at the time you complete your payment.
  • All payments are processed through our authorised payment gateway, Razorpay. We do not collect or store your card, UPI or net-banking credentials on this website.
  • Your seat is confirmed only after payment is successfully received. Confirmation and the Zoom joining link are sent to the email address and/or mobile number you provide at checkout.
  • It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address and mobile number. We are not responsible for non-delivery of joining details caused by incorrect contact information, a full mailbox, or spam filtering.

4. Attending the workshop

You are responsible for arranging a stable internet connection, a suitable device and the Zoom application required to attend. We are not responsible for your inability to attend due to connectivity issues, device problems, power failure or personal scheduling conflicts.

Your registration is personal to you. Joining links, recordings and workshop materials may not be shared, forwarded, resold or made available to any other person.

5. Rescheduling and cancellation by us

Because the workshop runs on a recurring schedule, we may move your seat to the next available session for operational reasons. You will be informed at the contact details you provided and may instead request a refund as set out in our Refund and Return Policy.

6. Code of conduct

The workshop is a shared learning space. We may remove any participant, without refund, for abusive or disruptive behaviour, for soliciting or promoting competing offers to other attendees, for recording or redistributing the session, or for sharing other participants’ information.

7. No guarantee of business results

The workshop is educational. It teaches strategic frameworks and methods for competing in a market. We do not guarantee any specific revenue, customer acquisition, market share or business outcome. Any figures, case studies or examples mentioned on this website or during the session illustrate what has been possible in particular circumstances; they are not a promise or projection of your results. Your outcome depends on your own market, execution, capital, timing and many factors outside our control.

8. Not professional advice

Content delivered through this website and the workshop is general business education. It is not legal, accounting, tax, financial or investment advice, and it does not take account of your particular circumstances. You should obtain independent professional advice before acting on anything discussed. Nothing here creates a consultant-client or advisory relationship.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website and within the workshop — including presentations, recordings, playbooks, frameworks, templates, text, graphics and branding, and including the Old Fox Vijey Method — is the intellectual property of Old Fox Strategic Consulting LLP and is protected under applicable Indian copyright and trade mark law. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to use these materials for your own learning only. You may not copy, reproduce, record, republish, resell, distribute, teach from, or create derivative works from them without our prior written permission.

10. Third-party services

We rely on third-party services including Razorpay (payments), Zoom (live delivery) and email, SMS or WhatsApp providers for communication. Your use of these platforms is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party platforms.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with the workshop or this website shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for your registration. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of profit, business, opportunity or goodwill.

12. Force majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure results from causes beyond our reasonable control, including internet or platform outages, power failure, natural disaster, epidemic, government restriction or civil disruption.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in relation to them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date and will apply to registrations made after that date.
